Country Sourdough Pan, sliced

Mildly sour, chewy, grainy and versatile. 40% whole grain flour (local) and 60% white wheat flour. This bread is long fermented and takes us 36 hours to create.

Great Bread

I love this bread. It’s great for sandwiches. It’s also wonderful with an egg for breakfast. It’s the best bread I’ve ever had.

Always perfectly moist with just the right amount of sour tang. Wonderful for sandwiches and toast. Stays fresh a long time. I LOVE IT!!!
