Our local community means everything to us.  The heart & soul of our products are the grains and we buy direct from small local family farms and always have.

These nearby farmers are our partners.  We depend on them and they depend on us.  They grow an amazing variety of excellent quality grains, which we appreciate because it helps our baked products taste even better.

For other ingredients & supplies, we also buy as close to home as possible.

About Organic: We are a registered Organic baking company, and the farmers we work with are certified organic. That’s important because it means no herbicides & pesticides are ever used in their fields.

As a baker our ingredient list is nearly always organic.  Clean organic ingredients make a difference: they’re non GMO and we think they’re higher quality.
