Welcome to Beck’s Bakery.

We are a woman-owned whole grain bakery & mill in the majestic Redwoods of Northern California.

We are deeply committed to local farming, community, wellness, transparency and the whole grains way of life.

We purchase grains directly from nearby farmers and stone mill the grains on our own granite gristmill to produce whole grain flours that are naturally rich in nutrients, fiber and flavor.

We blend and bake our products in small batches using only organic whole grain ingredients with NO additives, preservatives, dough conditioners or anything artificial.

We bring a variety of fresh baked goods to the Arcata Plaza Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, including whole grain breads, pastries, flours, crackers and granola.
