I really like both the texture and taste of this loaf. I toasted it with butter and cherry jam for breakfast. I;m still swooning.

The combination of the buckwheat flour with the whole wheat flour gives this bread a warm nutty flavor. It's delicious toasted with butter and jam or for sandwiches.
