I confess that I am a “toast person”. I love toast for breakfast every day.. I dress it up with peanut butter, my own homemade jams, honey, cream cheese. whatever is handy. My wife, however, is not a "toast person”. She likes variety for breakfast, though occasionally she will have toast. Beck’s Chamomile, spelt sourdough grabbed both of us. It is perfect for toast with a firm bite and delightful sourdough undertones. My only complaint is that we ate it so quickly!
