Chamomile Spelt Sourdough

I confess that I am a “toast person”. I love toast for breakfast every day.. I dress it up with peanut butter, my own homemade jams, honey, cream cheese. whatever is handy. My wife, however, is not a "toast person”. She likes variety for breakfast, though occasionally she will have toast. Beck’s Chamomile, spelt sourdough grabbed both of us. It is perfect for toast with a firm bite and delightful sourdough undertones. My only complaint is that we ate it so quickly!

We were delighted to discover Beck's chamomile spelt. It slices perfectly for sandwiches that can be filled with delights and cut into perfect, attractive triangles. The flavor is hearty and it has excellent texture. Good toasted too.
