That's the only bread my body tolerates.Your loaf rose more and was more sour tasting, and more moist. However, when I eat J. F.'s loaf it feels like some problem in my gut is getting healed and when I eat yours, it doesn't. I merely get away with eating yours without GI distress. We can't figure out what it is about his drier, more dense and compact and less sour tasting loaf that causes the miraculous healing for my SIBO and/or SIFO. I wish we knew why, so we could develop a cure based on that. Also, your bread is more expensive. I was shocked at the size I had paid for in advance. It certainly wasn't shown to be so small a portion in the photos online.
