Mildly sour, chewy, grainy and versatile. 40% whole grain flour (local) and 60% white wheat flour. This bread is long fermented and takes us 36 hours to create.
We ship frozen bread on Tuesday (It will thaw in transit and arrive to you at your ambient temperature) . We recommend that you toast it before eating it and freeze the rest
