100% Whole Grain Sesame Spelt Sourdough

This is by far the best spelt bread we’ve had.
We love the texture of the crust studded with golden sesame seeds and enjoy the right amount of sourness with every bite. We like to have it with homemade hummus.
So good!!

OMG! That's what my friends say too! OMG! This is one of the best Beck's bread ever even without any topping or spread. Just plain. I thin slice it, toast then serve with one of my many delicious stews. I don't put on any kind of spread because it detracts from the amazing complicated flavors. This is a keeper for me. It is always in my freezer pre-sliced thinly and ready to toast at a moments notice! Et Voila!!

I can only say this: Even as a long time bread enthusiast, this spelt gem just may be the most delicious bread I've ever tasted, so good you don't want to put anything but a little butter on it. How did they do this? Who are these guys?
