100% Whole Grain Sesame Spelt Sourdough

Really liked the flavor especially when toasted!

OMG! That's what my friends say too! OMG! This is one of the best Beck's bread ever even without any topping or spread. Just plain. I thin slice it, toast then serve with one of my many delicious stews. I don't put on any kind of spread because it detracts from the amazing complicated flavors. This is a keeper for me. It is always in my freezer pre-sliced thinly and ready to toast at a moments notice! Et Voila!!

I can only say this: Even as a long time bread enthusiast, this spelt gem just may be the most delicious bread I've ever tasted, so good you don't want to put anything but a little butter on it. How did they do this? Who are these guys?

Love this bread! Dense yet light at the same time. Great toasted with whatever you want to top it with. The sesame seeds add a really great flavor.
