Nigella & Caraway Rye

Very similar to our lovely Mountain Rye, but with the addition of Nigella (a oniony flavor, also known as churnuska, black seed) and Caraway. Cool fact: many of us northcoast gardeners probably have a related plant (not edible), Love-in-the-Mist (Nigella damascena), growing like a weed in your garden.

Ingredients: water, 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, 100% stone ground whole wheat flour*, 100% rye chops*, flaxseeds*, caraway*, nigella*, sea salt, and wild rye culture. (*organic)

approximately: 17-18 oz each. (1/3 of a Pullman loaf)
