Sunflower-Flax-Oat (SFO) Sourdough

What if Sourdough Seed and Sunflower Rye Berry had a baby? It would be this bread!

100% Whole Grains (no refined white flour!), wild cultured, and full of seeds. It is so satisfying by itself, but toast it and smear homemade peach vanilla bean jam...now we are talking crazy good! If you like grainy/seedy wholegrain breads - this is bound to be your new favorite. It is also a natural pairing with soup and salad.  How is your imagination? Can you envision:  grilled cheese, crab sandwiches, or PB&J????

Ingredients: Stone ground whole wheat flour*, water, toasted sunflower seeds*, flax seeds*, rolled oats*, stone ground whole rye flour*, sea salt and whole grain starter. *=organic
