Nigella & Caraway Rye

This was SO GOOD! It reminds me of when i first discovered Beck's bread and thought "This is nutrition, not empty carb calories!"
I would buy this bread forever if it was available :)

This is my favorite rye that Beck's offers. Full of delicious caraway flavor and the right amount of chew. I buy extra and freeze some so I can enjoy it more often. Also great as toast points for dips!

When I toast and butter a slice of this rich, hearty , flavorful bread, I feel like I connect with my ancestors. Thank you for your love of baking and bringing to my table delicious ethical eating.

I don't have sufficient boulangerie-related vocabulary to describe this yummy bread so as to do it justice. I only know that it was unlike any bread I've ever eaten and I loved it.
