A moist, seedy and flavorful whole grain sourdough. Made with a mix of 100% stone ground whole wheat & whole rye flours with a wild rye culture. Long fermented. Plant-base whole food. Organic ingredients. No commercial yeast and no added sugars. These loaves get better 24-48 hours after baking. They freeze well and make exceptional toast!
